Good decisions start with clear answers.

Understand sale states, balances and the evidence that helps your team investigate an operation.

Go deeper in the documentation

How do I investigate a pending or inconsistent sale?

Find the transaction by its reference, check its state and available records, and compare them with the order in your system. Querying the transaction through the API complements received events. Do not assume a payment failed simply because a notification has not arrived.

Does a confirmed payment mean funds are ready to withdraw?

These are separate stages. Confirmation describes the payment state; availability depends on settlement terms and account movements. Use the wallet to follow the balance and related records, subject to the applicable rules and limits.

Where can I check fees, limits and settlement times?

Commercial terms, limits and timing must be confirmed for your account. This site does not publish a universal pricing table. Before operating, check balance availability and withdrawal rules as well: a confirmed payment does not mean funds are immediately available.

How does my system confirm a payment securely?

Receive webhooks in your backend, validate signatures when a secret is configured and handle repeated events idempotently. Match each event to the order reference and query the transaction when needed. The buyer's visual return alone should not release an order.

Do demonstrations move money? Is there a sandbox?

Demonstrations use fictional records and do not make financial requests. They explain the journey but are not an API testing environment. Akkro documentation uses production; there is no public staging or sandbox environment. Plan any real validation before running it.
